 Artwork for vinyl banners:

This part is key!   We can’t make Chicken Salad from Chicken (well you know).  Make sure your photos and logos are high resolution, preferably 150 – 300 dpi (Dots per Inch).  No PNG or GIF files.  They look great on web, but don’t work in print.  And make sure you submit your art with bleed.  Bleed means submit your art 1/4″ larger in width and 1/4″ larger in height than you really need with no copy or graphics near the edges.  That way when we make our cut you won’t have a photo or copy cut off.  For Example if your banner is 4′ x 6′ submit artwork as 4.25′  x 6.25′.  Submit as a PDF is best, JPG is OK, but it will go faster if PDF. (Don’t forget to add 1/4″ for bleed).

Printers Tip vinyl banners:

Vinyl Banner are files are huge.  But Cloud 8 will make it easy on you.  You can send your art at 50% of the actual size on vinyl banners.  Just be sure you are at 300 DPI.  So if you want a 6′ x 10′ banner you can email or upload artwork for 3′ x 5′ at 300 DPI.

 Turnaround:

Remember the clock doesn’t start until you approve your proof.  If you choose no proof it will get into the mix sooner, but we highly recommend a proof as a double check.  In hurry?  Go with Next day it cost more, but you said you are in hurry.   What day is today?  Well today is actually tomorrow if you submit after our morning deadline, meaning if you submit on Wednesday in the afternoon it is as if you submitted on Thursday.
